They refer to the part as a water switch or diverter. This story follows their repair on the SHV78CM3N/26; it does not turn a top-rack cleaning complaint into an automatic diverter diagnosis on every Bosch dishwasher.
The difficult part was getting to it
The original description calls out a small side opening, a surrounding plastic housing and three small Torx screws. In the footage, the team points out the component and works through the restricted opening.
During the debrief, Jacob explains how much of the job was spent reaching and handling the small fasteners. His account makes the repair tangible: a part can be small while the work needed to access it is substantial. A reference video did not show the same access
