How much is the diagnostic visit, and is it credited toward the repair?
The diagnostic visit costs $125. The full $125 is credited toward the final repair cost. The full repair cost can only be determined after diagnosis.
Can you confirm service for my address and appliance?
Call with the full service address, appliance type and model. The team can discuss coverage and appointment options for your request.
Can I book outside normal service hours?
Yes. You can book online 24/7. Available visit times are shown in the scheduler; booking at night does not promise an immediate technician visit.
Do you repair commercial appliances?
Yes. We repair commercial dishwashers, dryers, ice makers and freezers. Include the appliance type and full model number when arranging service.
Do you service walk-in refrigerators, water heaters or dryer vents?
We do not service walk-in refrigerators or water heaters, and we no longer offer dryer vent cleaning.
