“Cold” did not describe the whole problem
At the start of this Jensen Beach visit, Mark describes a refrigerator and freezer that were both cooling, but not enough. He says the compressor and its fan were running, while the evaporator fan he checked was not. That combination is the starting point for this particular repair.
The distinction matters when describing a refrigerator problem: no cooling, weak cooling in both compartments and one warm compartment are different observations. Tell the technician what you are noticing in each section, and include any temperature readings you already have.
A closer look at the fan work

A small detail: where the wires sit
A substantial part of this short video shows Mark positioning the wiring. He explains that it needs to stay secured and clear of the moving fan. It is an easy detail to miss when a repair is described simply as “replace the fan,” but it is visible in the actual work.
