Technical manual summary
The MED5900TW0 and MED5900TW1 pages supplied the same eight-page technical sheet. It describes timer and switch inputs, a Less Dry test and audible diagnostic responses. Those are distinct from an electronic display that reports numbered fault codes.
Its component tables cover timer contacts, switches and sensing, while the troubleshooting section organizes no-run, no-heat and cycle-control symptoms. The sheet includes circuit diagrams and conditions that must be observed when interpreting a measurement.
Both source-page illustrations remain with the shared reader. The Maytag Centennial ML-4 training manual separately lists MED5900TW0 on its cover; that family connection does not independently prove the applicability of this sheet to the TW1 revision.
Confirm the complete model, control layout and document revision against the literature supplied with the appliance. This document is intended for service technicians.
